Auburn basketball has 'firm grasp' on college basketball after win over Tennessee
Auburn basketball proved last Saturday that any win is a good win. The No. 1 Tigers defeated No. 7 Tennessee, 53-51, on Saturday at Neville Arena despite shooting 31% from the field. Two of its offensive weapons, Denver Jones and Chad Baker-Mazara, were shut out from the field, and freshman Tahaad Pettiford shot 33% on the night.
Johni Broome returned, but it was a late three-point shot from Miles Kelly that stoles the show for the Auburn Tigers.
"If you are aware of a student who suffered a serious injury on Saturday, such as a broken bone, please have them reach out to Dr. Bobby Woodard," AU said.
