The Colorado Rockies have fired manager Bud Black after a 7-33, the worst record in Major League Baseball this season.

Black was in his ninth season as Rockies manager after being hired in 2017. After making back-to-back playoff appearances in his first two years, Colorado has endured six straight losing seasons under his direction. He ends his tenure with a 544-690 record.
