The Auto Fire has burned nearly 61 acres in Ventura, California Monday night and was at 47% containment Tuesday afternoon.
On Sunday at 3:42 p.m. an updated flood advisory was issued by the NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA.
The fire broke out near Laguna Road and Hueneme Road near the university, according to the Ventura County Fire Department.
"The fire has been mapped at 55.7 acres with 0 percent containment," a Ventura County Fire Department spokesperson said.
