Utah Highway Patrol says a wrong-way driver is the cause of a crash that killed 2 people and closed the northbound lanes of the interstate.

Route 23 north was shut down late Tuesday evening by a multi-vehicle crash just before the Interstate 287 exchange in Riverdale. A car could be seen overhanging the Jersey barrier and two of the three southbound lanes were also closed.
