According to the National Hurricane Center's 11 a.m. Monday advisory, Category 4 Hurricane Humberto is in the Atlantic Ocean, 340 miles south-southwest of Bermuda. Packing maximum sustained winds of 145 mph, the hurricane is tracking to the northwest at 13 mph.
