North Korea says leader Kim Jong Un observed the first test-firings of missiles from a newly launched destroyer and called for speeding efforts to boost his navy’s nuclear attack capabilities

Kim observed the tests from Nampho Shipyard, where the 5,000-ton destroyer Choe Hyon — launched on Friday — began live-fire drills on Monday, according to the Korean Central News Agency.
