PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. - A Largo man is facing significant federal time after authorities say he pulled off two armed bank robberies in Clearwater, using an electric bicycle as his getaway vehicle.

Thieves apparently spent much of the weekend plundering deposit boxes inside a German bank vault after tunneling through from a parking garage.
