Microsoft has launched Bing Video Creator, an AI-powered tool that lets users generate short videos from text prompts. The tools is powered by OpenAI's Sora model.

To use the Video Creator, open the Bing app and tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner. You'll find the new tool in the list of apps.
