The latest closed course is in Arlington, a suburb of Dallas most notable as the home of both the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers.

Three major sporting entities have joined together to create a new street race on the 2026 NTT IndyCar Series schedule — the Grand Prix of Arlington in Dallas/Fort Worth.
