CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A local man is celebrating a big win after snagging the $75,000 top prize on the Ohio Lottery scratch-off game, Queen of Hearts. After state and federal taxes, which total 28 percent, the lucky winner will take home $54,000.

“I sat there in disbelief,” the woman told lottery officials. She won the game’s top prize of $150,000. She then called her friend to look over the ticket and make sure what she saw was correct, the lottery said. “I couldn’t process it until I got to the Canton office to make a claim,” she said.
