OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT for Healthcare as part of a new suite to assist medical institutions with clinical and administrative tasks. The platform ensures compliance with HIPAA and includes models like GPT-5.2 for evidence-based insights and documentation support.

When OpenAI announced GPT-5.2-Codex, the company confirmed that its agentic tool can stay on track for long tasks, keep a large repo’s context usable through compaction, and handle heavy changes like refactors and migrations without losing the plot.

GPT-5.2-Codex is described as the “most cyber-capable” Codex model to date i.e it is being deployed with additional cybersecurity safeguards and a more intentional access model, including ongoing monitoring and evaluation against the Preparedness Framework.
