Maybe you forgot your passcode and you tried a few too many times. Maybe you had no idea your watch's screen was on, and you butt-dialed an incorrect passcode again and again.

For iOS and iPad OS 13.4 and later, after you confirm the passcode, enter your Apple ID and password. This can be used to reset the Screen Time passcode if you forget it.
