No one knows why a Detroit police officer showed up at a virtual court hearing in his underwear, but people on social media are getting a good laugh out of it. The video, posted to X by Kollege Kidd on October 29,

The sheriff's office complaint says Hernandez and the victim fought over a cellphone, with the women ending up wrestling to the ground. After the defendant "forcefully" grabbed the phone a number of times, the victim, who suffered minor injuries to her left eye and neck, called 911.

All ten defendants appeared via Zoom in Benton County Court; nine are accused of capital murder in the death of 41-year-old Andres Fonseca.
