A Wisconsin judge who is accused of letting an illegal immigrant escape from her courtroom is being compared to a Massachusetts judge in a similar case the Biden DOJ dropped in 2022.

Hannah Dugan, a Milwaukee county judge who was arrested last week on charges that she obstructed federal authorities from detaining an undocumented immigrant in her courtroom, has been suspended by the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said on Thursday attacks by Republican President Donald Trump and his allies on judges were "not random" and seemed "designed to intimidate the judiciary.
