The U.S. Coast Guard, the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office, and Midway Fire Rescue are all assisting in the search. GCSO stated that a man was helped from the water by Pawleys Island officers and said there was a woman swimming with him. She is described as an Asian woman in her 20s wearing a pink swimsuit.
