Ralph Fiennes will become the third actor to take on the nefarious 'Hunger Games' villain in 'Sunrise on the Reaping'.

Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping has cast Elle Fanning as Effie Trinket, as announced by The Hollywood Reporter. The movie later confirmed the news on Twitter with an excerpt from the book, reading: “You are brilliant Effie Trinket!” Check out the post below.

Kieran Culkin is the latest star to join the cast of " The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping ." The Academy Award winner will portray Caesar Flickerman in the highly anticipated film, Lionsgate announced on social media Thursday. Stanley Tucci portrayed the character in the previous "Hunger Games" films, from 2012 to 2015.

Fiennes will be the third actor to step into the role after Donald Sutherland played an older version of the character in the original films, and Tom Blyth played an even younger version in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.
