ST. PAUL, Minn. (KTTC) – Governor Tim Walz on Tuesday plans to introduce a proposal to transform the state’s human services system, amid concerns of widespread fraud. According to the governor’s office, his proposal would strengthen ‘Program Integrity’ and improve how services are delivered to Minnesotans.
