There are two ways to set the Time automatically on Windows 11/10. You can use Windows Settings or the Registry Editor for this purpose.

You can change the Time Zone and Language settings as per your preference in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook.com on your Windows computer.

To enable or disable location-based time zone adjustment, tap the Use location to set time zone toggle. If automatic adjustment is disabled, tap the Time zone option.

Most Wear OS smartwatches will automatically adjust the time and date based on your location, but you can also set the time on your watch as well.

The website Android Help said that choosing the "set time zone automatically" feature in settings will signal to Android phone clocks to adjust times automatically.
