PHOENIX — The Arizona Supreme Court says residents in an Ahwatukee community have a right to compensation when the state condemns easements to build infrastructure. In a ruling released Tuesday, the state's highest court ruled in favor of the Foothills Reserve Community over litigation filed in relation to the construction of the Loop 202 freeway.
