Things escalated quickly between the Cavs and Grizzlies. Donovan Mitchell and Desmond Bane were among four players who nearly brawled.

In an official statement released Tuesday, the league announced its decision: "CLE’s Donovan Mitchell was assessed a postgame Flopping fine of $2,000 upon league office review for [play] on Feb. 23 vs. MEM," NBA Official shared on X.
