Judge sends Holmes mother accused of drowning child to mental facility
A Holmes County woman charged with drowning her 4-year-old son at Atwood Lake last year will be sent to a mental health facility for treatment.
Ruth Miller was found not guilty by reason of insanity in the drowning death of her son. She will be treated at Heartland Behavioral Health in Massillon.
