Circle Internet Group, the crypto firm that tried to go public in 2021 but ended up pulling its deal, will finally enter the public equities market. Late Wednesday, Circle raised $1.05 billion in one of the most anticipated IPOs of the year.

Circle Internet Group Inc.’s initial public offering is likely to price above the marketed range, after fielding orders for more than 25 times the number of shares available in the upsized deal, according to people familiar with the matter.

Circle’s most recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed plans to sell 32 million shares at a range between $27 and $28 apiece. At the high end of that range, the IPO would value the company at roughly $7.2 billion on a fully diluted basis.
