Louis DeJoy is letting DOGE into the Postal Service. On Thursday, the Postmaster General told congressional leaders that he signed an agreement with Elon Musk’s cost-cutting operation, allowing it to help the USPS save money and remove bureaucratic bottlenecks,

Among the areas DeJoy asked DOGE to target are the mandates that keep the Postal Service operational six days a week and in rural areas.

The mailing agency will work with GSA and the group led by Elon Musk, who has called for Postal Service privatization.
