Luka Dončić 'focused on the Lakers' after Mavericks fire Nico Harrison, blowout loss to Thunder
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Thunder rolled over Luka Dončić and the Lakers in a dominant 121-92 win on Wednesday night.
The former Dallas guard expressed love for the city and fans and addressed whether he was looking for a reunion.
Luka Doncic was asked about the Dallas Mavericks firing the general manager who shipped him out of town. Here's what the L.A. Lakers star said.
Lakers star Luka Dončić delivers a raw, emotional reaction to the Dallas Mavericks firing former GM Nico Harrison.
The Dallas Mavericks fired General Manager Nico Harrison nine months after he trade All-star guard Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers. The firing also comes after the team started the 2025-2026 season with a 3-8 record.

Nico Harrison blew it. Let's start there, with the obvious. Or did the pound of desired flesh by the Mavs’ fan base end, along with its months-long siren song of “Fire Nico” during home games, with the sacking of the now-former general manager who recommended trading Dončić to the Lakers, rather than the ownership group that okayed it? Is everyone good just watching Cooper Flagg do work from now on?
