LANSING, MI -- Lottery players in Michigan should check their old Fantasy 5 tickets as a six figure payout is waiting to be collected. The Michigan Lottery says a winning ticket worth $131,121 has yet to be claimed and time is running out for the winner to come forward.
The Powerball winning numbers are in for the Saturday, Nov. 8 drawing with a jackpot that reached an estimated $473.5 million ($218.1 million cash value). The largest winning Powerball jackpot ticket sold in Michigan was worth $842.4 million and sold in January 2024 at Food Castle in Grand Blanc.
“Congratulations to the FDL lottery club that won a $2 million prize during the huge Powerball jackpot run last month,” said Lottery Commissioner Suzanna Shkreli. “Jackpot runs are not only fun and exciting for players, but they also drive sales which helps the Lottery increase its contribution to the School Aid Fund.”
