The cause of American Pickers star Frank Fritz's death has been revealed. Per Fritz's death certificate, obtained by TMZ on Friday, October 11, it was determined that the reality star died last month of "late sequela of cerebral infarction," or a stroke that resulted from cerebral vascular disease.

American Pickers” star Frank Fritz had a tough last two years of his life, according to his close friend. Jerry Gendreau told The Sun in an interview published Wednesday that Fritz never recovered after he was hospitalized for a stroke in July 2022.
