Qatari telelcoms company Ooredoo Group has signed an agreement with French company Alcatel Submarine Networks to build a new submarine cable and fibre network connecting seven countries in the region.
Nokia (NOK) has concluded the sale of Alcatel Submarine Networks to the French State, represented by the Agence des participations de l’Etat. The transaction was completed on 31 December 2024.
