Turkish’s loyalty program, Miles&Smiles, uses Miles&Smiles miles (say that five times fast) as its currency. Anyone can earn these miles but you must sign up for a free account first.

The first appearance by a U.S. airline rewards program comes in at number three. United Airlines’ MileagePlus landed in third place with 72.22 points.
