Police in the North Bay have arrested a man on suspicion of murder after a woman was found dead in a Napa neighborhood over the weekend.

Napa County prosecutors have filed three first-degree murder counts against Ernie Victor Solis – one for the death of his fiancée Hailey Privett and two for the twins she was carrying.

Ernie Victor Solis, the suspect in a woman’s homicide, was booked into the Napa County jail early Tuesday morning, according to jail booking records.
