Barton, 40, was indicted on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of operating a motor vehicle while impaired after the June 21 crash in which Ethan Perry died.

Kirk Barton was indicted on one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of operating a motor vehicle while impaired, authorities say.

Barton reportedly hit a Lexus IS 250, driven by Ethan Perry, in the area of Franklin and West Bridge streets. Perry was pronounced dead at the scene. Barton sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
