A Wisconsin tow-truck driver is being hailed a hero after he braved sub-zero temperatures to rescue a husband and wife following a fiery car crash.

A Miami man accused of stabbing two victims during separate altercations outside a Little Havana restaurant in August has been arrested, police confirmed Thursday.

All southbound traffic on I-27 is blocked from Drew street to Regis as first responder work the scene. The fire happened in the 7000 block of North I-27.
