Limit your time outdoors between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Wear light colored and loose-fitting clothing if you’re outdoors, and make sure that you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. If you are working outdoors, be sure you take breaks in the shade or an air-conditioned building if possible.

Highs will reach the upper 90s to low 100s, and with the humidity, it could feel more like 105 to 115 degrees.
