At 8:31 p.m. on Friday, the NWS San Diego CA released an updated heat advisory valid for Saturday between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. for San Diego County Inland Valleys.
"It will feel hot and dry initially before eventually becoming muggy and possibly even downright oppressive across the area," read a forecast discussion from the weather service. "Multiple records in jeopardy of being broken," it added.
