Butterball said in its 2025 Thanksgiving Outlook that 89 percent of Americans planned to celebrate Thanksgiving this year with a group of nine people. Only 28 percent of consumers expected inflation to change their plans this year, down from 53 percent in 2024, while more than half won’t make any changes at all, Butterball said in the report.
