Jonathan Majors was slated to portray the overall antagonist of The Multiverse Saga, with planned appearances including the now-canceled Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars. However, he was fired by Disney in December 2023 after he was deemed guilty in a highly public assault case.
