She was unopposed for re-election in 2011 and 2015, and defeated former mayor Vern Sessions in 2019, winning 76% of the vote. Ing-Moody was born in Canada, has two master’s degrees, and is fluent in Chinese and German.

WDFW: Fungus that infects hibernating bats found in National Forest
May 30, 2024 · A fungus that causes white-nose syndrome, an often-fatal disease of hibernating bats, has been found in a popular recreation site on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in central Washington. Twisp resident is charged in connection with wife’s murder
May 23, 2024 · Twisp resident Jason Rumohr was arrested and booked into the Okanogan County jail on a charge of murdering his wife, Sharon Gray, age 49, this past weekend.
