Day 2 of the West Highland Way! Around 16 miles and another 40,000 steps in the bag. I had my kilt on for part 2 of the journey, a stunning walk around some of Scotland’s finest scenery. Unfortunately our group got split up at one point and some of the party took a wrong turn, adding 40 minutes onto an 8 hour walk.. We stopped for a well earned lunch at the Oak Tree Inn before pushing on to Rowardennan to rest for the night. Feet sore but spirits high Day 3 coming tomorrow 7pm UK time. 👣🏔️🏴󠁧

Hiking the West Highland Way in winter 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Day 4 Woke up to minus 8 degrees, freezing but insane views, a cloud inversion and frosty forests… Btw camping in this sort of temperature is no joke and could easily go wrong with out the right kit!
