Another day, another hospital visit. Got the rash checked and ended up needing another scan. Same room, same lady as the day all this started. Not exactly a fun throwback. Turns out I’ve had an allergic reaction to the pig mesh scaffold they used in surgery(officially called a porcine acellular dermal matrix). Of course I have. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Steroid cream and antihistamines now on board, so hopefully that keeps it under control. Why is nothing ever simple? On a brighter note, after my appointment I di
