Huli Huli Ribs with Sriracha BBQ Sauce getting ready for grilling season! 🍖🌶🍍🔥 While in Hawaii for some needed time off, I made sure to try as much Huli Huli Chicken and Ribs that I could find. After much rigorous research (aka lots of eating), I developed my own take on the famous dish itself. I know this recipe isn’t the traditional way of making the ribs, but I had a blast learning and growing in my fire cooking knowledge from the local Hawaiian cooks/chefs! I am adding some chile powder
