Mumbai is set to get a massive new green lung as the historic Mahalaxmi Racecourse is planned to be transformed into a Central Park–style public space. Spread across nearly ~300 acres, the project aims to create one of India’s largest urban parks with open green zones, gardens, walking tracks and recreational spaces.
