A man is in custody after allegedly damaging a building and leading officers on a chase while driving an excavator. In the early morning of June 8 in Ladson, South Carolina, officers responded to an alarm at 9418 Highway 78 and found "significant" damage to the building, before noticing an excavator being driven "under suspicious circumstances."
