PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) akan melepas bisnis teh Sariwangi ke entitas usaha milik Grup Djarum, yakni PT Savoria Kreasi Rasa. Transaksi ini dilakukan melalui penandatangan Perjanjian Pengalihan Bisnis (BTA) pada Selasa (6/1) kemarin. Dikutip dari laman Keterbukaan Informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), transaksi ini ditargetkan rampung pada 2 Maret 2026. Adapun nilai transaksi yang disepakati atas jual beli teh Sariwangi sebesar Rp 1,5 triliun dengan nilai pasar Rp 1,48 triliun.
